Use our templates as a guide for fold, trim, bleed and safety margins when designing your brochures. Whether you’re using InDesign, Quark or Illustrator, you should have have .125” of bleed if your art or background runs off the edge of the page. Please allow a .25” margin from the trim for any text or important elements. Also, all of our brochures are 9” tall and the width is determined by how many 4” panels you have included in your design.

Download your design templates by clicking the link labeled with the application you plan to use. Your download will be a .zip file that includes a template for both sides of the brochure size you have specified.

Once you’ve finished your layout using Adobe InDesign you can create a high-res PDF using the specs provided below.

To install the PDF preset (see below) for InDesign, follow these directions:
Download Preset to your computer, then from InDesign go to: File > Adobe PDF Presets > Define > Load > Select PDF Preset > Finish

For designs in Quark Xpress, please upload your Quark file and any fonts and graphics you used in your layout. You can do so by using the ‘Collect for Output’ feature in Quark.

For designs in Adobe Illustrator, please ‘Create Outlines’ of all type and include any support images.
