| Who are we?
Brochure Buddies is a division of Triangle Printers, Inc., a commercial printing facility founded in 1955 and located in Skokie, Illinois a suburb just north of that great printing city, Chicago. So, Brochure Buddies is a real bricks and mortar company. We are NOT a print broker. We are printing your brochures on our own state-of-the-art, sheet fed, offset printing presses. We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our finished product: your brochure.
What do you mean you are a Green printer?
We have "Chain-of Custody" Certification for both the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) organizations. Because we have these certifications, we can verify that the certified paper used for your project was made from trees harvested from a well-managed forest. Printing the FSC or SFI logo on your brochure lets your prospective clients know that you are a good steward of the environment. We also use vegetable oil based inks for all our printing which reduces the amount of harmful chemicals released into the environment.
Print Production Specifications
Your project will be printed full-color, CYMK on a sheet-fed offset press. Rack brochures will be printed on 80# gloss text weight paper. Rack Cards will be printed on 10 pt. C2S cover weight paper.
Production Time
The production process starts within 1 business day from the day you uploaded your files. The production process starts with proofing. We will send a high-res PDF or inkjet proof to you by the second business day from the day you uploaded your files. This is assuming there are no technical difficulties with your files. The usual problems are missing fonts, graphics or corrupt files.
Print production will begin within 1 business day of your proof approval (via e-mail or phone). Print and bindery production times vary depending on quantity.

Payment

Delivery / Shipping
Your order will be shipped via common carrier unless expedited shipping service is requested. However, Brochure Buddies reserves the right to determine the best way to get your shipment to you within the timeframe you request or within a reasonable timeframe. Typical delivery dates are 5 working days after proof approval for
quantities up to 25,000 and 8 days for larger quantities, after proof approval.
Proofing
Brochure Buddies will output either a high-resolution PDF or inkjet proofs depending on the schedule or quantity of your order..

How to get us your files
You can use our FTP site to upload your files to us. Or you can send us a CD with your files.
How to cancel an order
Please call 1-866-780-9805 to cancel your order. If your order has already been printed, then we can not cancel your order, and you are responsible for complete payment. If your order has not been printed, then you can cancel your order, however there may be charges for services rendered, such as proofs, plates, and paper restocking fees.
